Your reservation is not actually confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us and you have RETURNED THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION -- Please note: prices subject to change on rooms during different seasons!   The Vintage Airstreams can acommodate 2 adults only.  The Shack, Lodge, and Cabin are two night minimum reservation.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 1 MONTH cancellation policy - we need to know at least a month in advance of any reservation cancellations. Please mark your calendar accordingly!

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call KATE'S LAZY MEADOW 845.688.7200 ext #0 30 days prior to your arrival date or you will be charged in full for the reservation. A phone message left on our machine does not constitute a cancellation. We will issue an email cancellation notice. Please maintain it for your records.

We do not provide maid service, but we give you lots of towels - your Cabin or Airstream will be clean and ready for your arrival!

Kate's Lazy Desert guests:  the grocery store (VONS) in YUCCA VALLEY is located BEFORE you reach our place.. Please bring any food and beverage/ice needs with you...!!

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

You are welcome to take photos at our place for personal use, but any professional photography is subject to the terms and rates of our photography location rental agreement. If you are interested in using your images taken while at KLD commercially, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.
