»  All rates are per room per night exclusive of taxes, gratuities, or service charges.
»  Rates are subject to change without notice.
»  Two-night minimum stay and other minimum stay requirements or surcharges
     may apply at other times including holidays or peak season.
»  There are a maximum of four guests.
»  THERE IS A ONE MONTH CANCELLATION POLICY
     (we have limited rooms and are a destination spot !)

All accounts are payable in full upon check-out by cash, credit card or travelers checks. We do not accept personal checks.

RULES
(We know, we hate rules too...but what can we say?)
»  No Smoking (Outdoor smoking area provided on property)
»  No Children (Under 15)
»  No Pets Except in Room #1 (But we can guide you to pet-pampering animal spa
     and daycare facilites for you pet lovers who won't travel without Fifi or Fido!
     Because hey, we love animals too!)
»  Guests staying in Room #1 will be allowed to bring a small dog (under 25lbs) the
     doggie must be leashed at all times and not left in the room alone.
     There will be an additionalcharge of $25 per night.
